We guarantee that our products meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within the timeframe below, provided the product meets our eligibility criteria.

 

  1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

 

Unused & Sealed: The perfume must be in its original, unused condition with all seals intact.

 

Original Packaging: Item must be returned with the original box, tags, and any accompanying materials.

 

Content Level: If the product has been opened, at least 90% of the content must remain.

 

Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number or receipt.

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us First

Email rizmascents@gmail.com with your order number. Do not ship items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

 

Step 2: Return Process

If your request is approved, we will send a Return Authorization and return instructions within 3–5 business days, and may provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

 

Step 3: Exchanges

For a different fragrance, please process a return first. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

  1. Shipping & Handling Charges

Standard Returns/Exchanges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any new shipping costs on exchanged items.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover all related shipping costs for the return, exchange, or replacement.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

 

Products that have been opened with less than 90% content remaining.

 

Customized or personalized orders.

 

  1. Refund Process

Inspection: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

Notification: We will notify you via email once your return is approved or declined.

 

Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of approval. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at rizmascents@gmail.com with photos or video evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
